HHH4P-1. Switching with five positions, Megaswitch M
There are some guitars with three humbuckers. With these, the theoretically possible switching combinations are usually not fully utilized. The circuit shown here uses a Megaswitch M Rotary, which - similar to the "Stratocaster" - enables the combinations of bridge, bridge + middle, middle, middle + neck, neck. The two volume regulators are decoupled. Installation advice: First solder the wires to the contacts on the top of the switch (A to L). Then mount the switch, then solder the wires on the underside (M to X).

HHH4P-2. Switching with five positions, Megaswitch M
This is a variant of the HHH4P1 circuit. Positions 1, 2, 4 and 5 are the same; in position 3, bridge and neck humbuckers are connected in parallel. A Megaswitch M is also used here. Installation advice: First solder the wires to the contacts on the top of the switch (A to L). Then mount the switch, then solder the wires on the underside (M to X).
