We hereby expressly point out that machine heads/tuners are excluded from exchange.

You can put together your own individual machine heads/tuners in our configurator, choosing the color, left/right, button and post. The resulting variety of options means that your machine heads/tuners are produced and assembled exclusively for you. We are then unable to resell it.

In the configurator on the right, I have read and understood,

1.) that the colors shown are color-accurate;

2.) what a left and what a right machine head/tuner is (please see the link under “Model”);

3.) that the length of the post depends on the thickness of the headstock and is measured from the bottom of the housing to the center of the drill hole for the strings (see link under “Posts”).
