For this reason, we searched for a surface that is as hard and durable as possible, as well as corrosion-resistant, robust, and scratch-resistant—especially for demanding stage use.
At the same time, it should adorn the instrument like a jewel, high-gloss, luminous, simply brilliant, because the eyes listen too.

And we have found the perfect solution for us and our customers.

PVD is the name of this innovation:

PVD stands for Physical Vapor Deposition. This innovative coating technology produces high-quality surfaces in a vacuum.
PVD coatings have been used in the aerospace industry to withstand the harshest conditions.
They are also found in high-quality watches, jewelry, and digital cameras.

Together with the world's leading manufacturer of PVD machines in Germany, we have spent years passionately researching and developing – until we were the first to succeed in coating guitar parts with a unique combination of the highest engineering skills and innovative PVD processes.
