S-Locks and Tremolos now in new packaging!

Schaller is setting new standards in the packaging of guitar accessories with reinpapier®.
Following the successful launch of our new S-Locks packaging in August 2024, we are now moving forward with our strategy. Starting in 2026, our high-quality Tremolos will also feature the new, fresh packaging design. Step by step, we are gradually transitioning additional products in our portfolio to the new packaging line.

This not only protects the environment, but also meets the expectations of our customers.
1. choice of materials: organic-based and recycled materials
The inner packaging tray consists entirely of organic-based and recycled materials such as 70% industrial starch (from potatoes) or paper fibers made from wood from FSC-certified forests. Plastic film, polybags and the like are completely dispensed with and therefore also microplastic contamination.
2. design and concept: minimalist and functional
The new, compact recycled packaging protects the S-Locks, which are arranged in pairs, by means of a clamp fit in the velvety-soft reinpapier® tray. Reduced packaging consumption also means less space required for transporting goods and therefore lower CO2 emissions.
3. production: energy-efficient and local
Packaging is produced in an energy-efficient manner and preferably with local suppliers in order to keep transportation routes short. This saves energy and supports the regional economy.
4. after use: recyclable in waste paper
If the S-Locks packaging is no longer required for storage, it can easily be disposed of in waste paper and thus returned to the recycling system.
