Signum – the iconic lockable wraparound guitar bridge

With the Schaller Signum bridge, we have designed an ergonomically shaped and lockable wraparound guitar bridge that makes playing more enjoyable. The newly developed locking studs with locking mechanism secure the bridge during string changes against falling off. The screw head and locking nut ensure a firm connection to the bridge, which improves sustain. At the same time, this prevents the bridge from tilting, maintaining string action and playing angle. The individual string saddles made of solid Pure Sound brass are adjustable for intonation and contribute to excellent sound development.

Advantages of Pure Sound brass

• Due to its softness, brass is an ideal saddle material and offers sufficient resistance to the strings.
• Uncoated brass saddles (plain or notched) can be easily customized by the guitar maker with a saddle file for smooth transitions.
• Form-fit support of the components in conjunction with improved string contact thus supports playability, intonation and sustain.
