If you want to change from a Schaller tremolo with zinc baseplate (left-hand version no longer available) to a LockMeister 6 (made of steel) on a guitar, please check in advance whether shorter M4x34 string locking screws are required for LockMeister 6. The body routing for a Schaller tremolo may be smaller than for the LockMeister 6 with 40 mm string locking screws due to the design. The routing does not have to be extended for this, we offer shorter 34 mm string clamping screws that compensate the difference.
