Our new string saddles at different heights are milled from one piece of steel to match the 4 tremolo radii 10″, 12″, 14″ and 16″. This improves contact with the baseplate (without shims) and provides more sustain.
The string saddles are suitable for the following Schaller tremolos:
» You will receive the appropriate string saddle height for the string positions E or e, which is the same heightfor all 4 tremolo radii 10″, 12″, 14″ or 16″.
Please note:
The standard saddle radius for old string saddles is 12″ with shim, 16″ without shim. For older saddles we still offer shims as a replacement in the webshop, see link below.
Optional replacement kits:
- 1 x set of 6 shorter string locking screws M4x34 for LockMeister 6
- 1 x tremolo block shim for LockMeister 6 + Schaller Tremolo
For reasons of simplification, the product illustration of the replacement kit is only shown in the surface color nickel.
